Matt Kavanaugh is an experienced financial services professional with a background in sales, advisor support, and client relationship management. Over the course of his career, Matt Kavanaugh has worked with retirement accounts and independent financial advisors. He has also established a track record for fostering territory growth through outreach to onboard new advisors and consultative communications with existing advisors.

Currently serving as an internal wholesaler at Country Financial, Mr. Kavanaugh supports advisors and agents in developing comprehensive financial plans for clients. His role builds on prior experience as a wealth management consultant, in which capacity Mr. Kavanaugh managed a national territory and assisted advisors with developing client portfolio proposals. Earlier in his career, he held internal wholesaler and customer service roles. In the latter position, he provided support to Nationwide 457b plan participants.

Mr. Kavanaugh holds Series 6, 63, 65, and SIE certifications. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he has an undergraduate degree in business administration management. He was also recognized with the President’s Club award in 2020.

A native of Dayton, Ohio Matt Kavanaugh enjoys golf, hiking, biking, and following his favorite sports teams.
